📋 Description

• Own paid media strategy across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and additional acquisition channels, ensuring
• Manage external paid media agencies, set performance expectations, review strategies, challenge
• Build a roadmap to transition selected paid media activities from agency-led execution toward
• Personally optimize campaigns where needed, improving targeting, bidding strategies, creative
• Manage Google Ads activities including Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube campaigns
• Lead Meta advertising strategies across prospecting, retargeting, product launches, and creative

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in paid/performance marketing with proven ownership of acquisition
• Deep hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Demonstrated success managing external marketing agencies and holding partners accountable for
• Strong analytical and financial mindset with experience optimizing toward revenue, profitability
• Ability to interpret performance data, identify opportunities, and make informed decisions based on
• Experience developing paid media strategies, testing frameworks, and scalable campaign processes.
