📋 Description

• Drive user acquisition and optimize marketing performance across international digital products.
• Analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and funnels to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with acquisition, product, and analytics teams to convert insights into strategies.
• Experiment with A/B testing to improve marketing and product outcomes.
• Prepare insightful performance reports for stakeholders with actionable recommendations.
• Monitor KPIs like ROI, LTV, ARPU, CTR, CPC, CPA, CPL, and more to maximize efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in performance marketing, digital acquisition, or marketing analytics.
• Strong understanding of marketing metrics, attribution models, and lifecycle analysis.
• Experience with BI/analytics tools (Tableau, Google Analytics, FullStory, or similar).
• Knowledge of user segmentation, cohort analysis, and journey mapping.
• Hands-on experience with designing and interpreting A/B tests.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder-management skills.
