  • Own global paid performance strategy across Google Ads, paid social, and mobile UA.
  • Drive a rigorous testing agenda across creatives, audiences, bidding, and landing pages.
  • Partner with Data Science to design experiments and measurement frameworks.
  • Lead platform relationships with Google, Meta, TikTok for beta and growth plans.
  • Build dashboards for geo, product, and channel insights; surface risks and opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Legal, Engineering, and regional teams.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in performance marketing across paid search, paid social, and/or mobile UA.
  • Proven track record managing large media budgets and improving acquisition efficiency.
  • Tech-savvy; experience with automation tools (Zapier, n8n, Make, Retool).
  • Analytical; proficient with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Hex, Superset).
  • Full-funnel measurement experience including SKAN/iOS privacy and incrementality testing.
  • B2C fintech/crypto or high-consideration financial products experience preferred.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
