  • Testing Execution: Experience running and interpreting A/B tests.
  • Asset Management: Manage/traffick and adapt creatives/UGC assets.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous QA of UTMs, pixel tracking, URLs, budgets.
  • Ownership & Communication: Proactive ownership; cross-functional communication.
  • AI Automation (Bonus): Experience with AI-powered marketing automation.
