📋 Description

• Own end-to-end lead generation distribution workflow from promotion to pipeline.
• Manage digital marketing across social, email, webinars, demos, and landing pages.
• Optimize paid media across LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Ads for ROI.
• Source and qualify lead-gen vendors and collaborate with Sales.
• Project-manage GTM campaigns and Sales Play workflows.
• Build and deliver performance reports weekly, quarterly, and annually.

🎯 Requirements

• ~10 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, marketing ops, or demand gen.
• Deep HubSpot Marketing & CRM experience with workflows.
• Fluency with Gen AI tools for workflow automation; Claude a plus.
• Paid media across LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, Google Ads with ROI tracking.
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decisions.
• Background in cybersecurity, MSSP, or telecom; audience understanding.
