📋 Description

  • Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
  • Test new platforms like X, Reddit, and TikTok to expand reach.
  • Own full lifecycle of paid campaigns: targeting, creative, testing, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad assets.
  • Monitor CPL, CPA, and ROAS to guide decisions.
  • Build dashboards to communicate performance metrics to leadership.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3–6 years paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads.
  • Track record optimizing campaigns across the funnel and lowering CPL.
  • Strong analytics; experience with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Mixpanel.
  • Experience managing and scaling paid budgets across multiple platforms.
  • Collaborate with creatives to shape high-converting assets.
  • Familiar with Reddit Ads, X Ads, or TikTok Ads.
