📋 Description

• Develop performance marketing strategies and identify opportunities to improve acquisition
• Understand the workflows, challenges processes of marketing teams, and identify opportunities for
• Translate marketing needs into platform requirements, user workflows, optimisation logic, data
• Partner with product, engineering, data and marketing teams to deliver, test, launch and
• Analyse campaign and platform performance to identify issues and opportunities across channels
• Design and lead growth, measurement, creative and automation experiments, and convert validated

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, digital marketing, user
• Experience developing and executing marketing strategies across multiple channels, markets or
• Experience working with marketing automation platforms, advertising technology, campaign management
• Ability to translate complex business and marketing processes into clear requirements, workflows
• Strong data-driven problem-solving skills, with experience forming hypotheses, designing
• Experience working across marketing, product, engineering and data teams to deliver initiatives
