  • Translate strategy into rigorous paid media execution with the Growth Director.
  • Build an efficient, profitable media mix with strong planning frameworks.
  • Collaborate with Brand, Creative, Analytics, and Data Science teams.
  • Lead and develop the paid media team; own outcomes.
  • Establish feedback loops using MMM outputs and data insights.

🎯 Requirements

  • Hands-on Google Ads: Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube
  • Manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns with structured testing & segmentation
  • Focus on CAC, profitability, LTV, incrementality, and causal effect
  • Programmatic/DSP buying with The Trade Desk or DV360; CTV is a plus
  • GA4 attribution, conversion tracking, and audience analysis
  • Write creative briefs and provide performance-informed feedback
  • Direct management experience; develop team capability
  • Curious about AI and automation; build smarter workflows
