📋 Description

• Become expert in Pinterest campaigns and Ads Manager; regional go-to resource.
• Act as tech contact for sales to activate lower-funnel campaigns.
• Enable sellers to pitch new performance products at scale, focusing on automation.
• Analyze large ad data to strategize the next performance opportunities.
• Lead global SME groups to support pre-GA products and new integrations.
• Provide strategic leadership for new performance products and testing agendas.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in digital marketing, ad tech, and ad ops.
• 5+ years client-facing and hands-on ad tech/platform work.
• 5+ years in performance marketing at tech vendor/agency/in-house.
• Experience selling performance products or driving internal buy-in.
• Tagging, QA, and familiarity with HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
• Web analytics and e-commerce strategies expertise.
