📋 Description

• Drive sales and grow brand awareness with specialty and strategic retail partners within assigned
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail accounts to support brand growth by aligning
• Partner with Territory Managers to identify opportunities that strengthen brand presence and drive
• Deliver product education and training on KEEN performance footwear (running, hiking, sandals).
• Develop in-store engagement activities to increase product awareness and brand visibility.
• Create and execute running events to drive sales and awareness growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years experience in retail, sales, account marketing, or customer service (running retail
• Deep knowledge of trail running and outdoor pursuits
• Strong presentation, public speaking, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and highly organized
• Collaborative team player, proactive in learning
