Design, develop, and maintain performance test scripts (k6, Gatling, JMeter, Python)
Build workload models reflecting production traffic
Define objectives, entry/exit criteria, and SLOs
Execute baseline, load, stress, soak, spike, and scalability tests
Analyze results; identify bottlenecks; provide actionable findings
Integrate tests into CI/CD; set up monitoring dashboards

🎯 Requirements

4–7 years of hands-on performance testing/engineering
Experience writing and maintaining test scripts in k6, Gatling, JMeter, or equivalent
Strong knowledge of load, stress, soak, spike, and scalability testing
Monitoring with Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus
Ability to interpret results and communicate findings clearly
CI/CD integration experience (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
