Permitting Specialist (Data Centers)

📋 Description

• Lead permitting for data center construction and power systems.
• Navigate Texas regulatory processes (TDLR, TCEQ, ERCOT, local gov).
• Support Memphis operations and future expansions.
• Coordinate with mech, elec, thermal, and gas teams for docs.
• Engage with agencies, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Track permit conditions and renewals; support audits.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Urban Planning, Engineering, Law, or related field.
• Experience with Texas permitting for data centers or similar facilities.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of TDLR, TCEQ air/water, ERCOT, zoning/SUP processes.
• Willingness to travel to project locations as needed.
