Personal Care Assistant - Adults & Seniors

📋 Description

• Follow a written plan of care by a registered nurse to provide personal care services
• Support daily living activities and household tasks to help adults stay safe at home
• Offer companionship and assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Travel to clients’ homes to deliver one-on-one care as assigned
• Contribute to a great employee experience and a collaborative team environment
• Adhere to BAYADA standards and participate in ongoing training

🎯 Requirements

• 1 year of verifiable work experience
• A passion for caregiving and a desire to help others
• Commitment to quality care, empathy, patience, and respect
• Ability to travel to clients’ homes for care delivery
• Current willingness to follow BAYADA Way and quality standards
