📋 Description

Manage a caseload of personal injury matters in litigation
Prepare and draft legal documents, including filing complaints
Prepare clients for depositions and other hearings
Take and defend depositions in litigation
Prepare and respond to motions, including dispositive motions
Negotiate settlements for personal injury cases

🎯 Requirements

1-4 years of Personal Injury Law Experience
Strong background in Personal Injury Litigation, incl. pre-litigation and discovery
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
Juris Doctor degree and current good standing with TX State bar is required
Workers Compensation experience is a plus
