📋 Description

• Maintain regular communication with clients and provide timely case updates.
• Monitor and maintain clients' treatment progress.
• Obtain evidence, documents, medical records, and medical bills related to clients' cases.
• Assist clients with their property damage claims.
• Manage attorneys' schedules, including client meetings and court appearances.
• Organize and maintain electronic case files in the case management system.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of pre-litigation Personal Injury Case Manager experience.
• Candidates must have experience handling personal injury cases in the state of Texas or Ohio.
• Experience using case management software.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• You are a self-starter with strong resourcefulness and initiative.
