• Support attorneys in managing plaintiff-side personal injury cases from initial intake through
• Conduct client intake and collect essential information regarding accidents, injuries, insurance
• Request, obtain, review, and organize medical records, medical bills, police reports, insurance
• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding medical treatment, case progress, missing
• Coordinate with medical providers, insurance adjusters, opposing counsel, expert witnesses, and
• Prepare settlement demand packages, settlement documentation, correspondence, case summaries, and

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience as a paralegal, lawyer, or attorney.
• At least 2 years of experience working as a personal injury paralegal for a law firm in the United
• Strong practical knowledge of U.S. plaintiff-side personal injury matters and experience managing
• Demonstrated experience obtaining and organizing medical records, medical bills, insurance
• Hands-on experience preparing settlement demand packages and supporting settlement processes.
• Proven ability to communicate directly and professionally with clients, medical providers
