📋 Description

• Support attorneys in managing plaintiff-side personal injury cases from intake through settlement
• Conduct client intake and collect essential information regarding accidents, injuries, insurance
• Request, obtain, review, and organize medical records, bills, police reports, insurance records
• Maintain communication with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, opposing counsel, and
• Prepare settlement demand packages, correspondence, case summaries, and supporting materials.
• Draft pleadings, discovery requests/responses, notices, subpoenas, and other litigation documents

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience as a paralegal, lawyer, or attorney.
• At least 2 years of experience as a personal injury paralegal for a U.S. law firm.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. plaintiff-side personal injury matters and case management from intake to
