• Provide hands-on assistance with daily living activities, personal care needs, meal preparation
• Encourages positive choices, supports personal goals, and advocates for each participant’s needs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive living environment.
• Support healthcare needs, meal preparation, budgeting, shopping, and supervision as needed.
• Communicate participant needs, goals, and concerns to the program director or lead staff.
• Work cooperatively with team members to provide consistent, person-centered support.
