Personal Travel Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end planning of all trips and business travel — flights, transfers, hotels, and on-site
• Take full ownership of the travel process and its outcomes, with minimal oversight required.
• Organize and coordinate all international travel end-to-end, including complex itineraries with
• Book and manage private aviation — charter selection, scheduling, and coordination with operators.
• Source and book hotels globally, based on the Principal’s travel rider, matching property, room
• Research and book restaurants in different cities and countries, accounting for cuisine

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years as a Personal Assistant, Lifestyle Manager, Travel Manager, or similar.
• Proven experience supporting UHNWIs, founders, or executives with intensive, travel-heavy schedules.
• Strong expertise in complex international travel: visas, passports, multi-leg itineraries
• Hands-on experience booking hotels, private aviation, and restaurants across multiple destinations.
• Highly structured, able to manage multiple priorities and frequent changes at once.
• Full ownership mindset: proactive, service-oriented, able to anticipate needs without supervision.
