📋 Description

• Act as a technical reference within a digital product squad, helping solve complex problems, guide
• Design and develop robust backend applications using Python and/or Node.js, prioritizing
• Build and validate Proofs of Concept (PoCs) involving GenAI and emerging technologies.
• Develop automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to uphold strong software quality
• Conduct code reviews and Pair Programming sessions to promote engineering excellence and knowledge
• Monitor application usage, errors, performance, and stability through effective observability

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience developing backend applications with Node.js and/or Python.
• Full-stack experience across the testing pyramid (unit, integration, and E2E testing).
• Code-quality analysis experience with tools such as Sonar.
• Experience with relational (RDS) and non-relational (DocumentDB, DynamoDB) databases.
• Hands-on AWS expertise (EC2, Secrets Manager, ElastiCache for Redis).
• Understanding of event-driven architecture and messaging (Kafka, SQS).
