📋 Description

• Lead and coordinate the Owner’s Engineering function, providing technical governance for CAPEX
• Manage the technical development of capital projects across conceptual, basic, and detailed
• Review and validate engineering deliverables from external design firms, including technical
• Coordinate multidisciplinary technical reviews and ensure alignment between engineering disciplines
• Develop and validate technical documentation for contracting processes, including scopes of work
• Serve as the technical interface between engineering, operations, maintenance, procurement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering and an active CREA professional registration
• Extensive experience in industrial engineering and/or capital projects
• Proven experience in Owner's Engineering, EPCM, EPC environments, or engineering management
• Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams and coordinating multiple technical
• Strong experience developing, reviewing, and validating industrial engineering projects
• Knowledge of FEL 1, FEL 2, FEL 3, and Execution project phases
