🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration
• Previous experience leading software development teams in roles such as Tech Lead, Squad Leader
• Experience managing projects involving digital products, coordinating delivery activities, and
• Practical knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles, including workflow management and
• Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools to manage backlogs, track progress
• Ability to maintain focus, organize competing demands, manage team capacity, and translate
