📋 Description

• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and DEA pharmacy laws.
• Serve as PIC with licensure oversight and regulatory inspections.
• Oversee daily operations for accurate dispensing and patient safety.
• Maintain policies for prescription processing, storage, and security.
• Lead audits and records; coordinate with regulators and accreditors.
• Supervise and train staff to ensure quality standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Leadership experience in a pharmacy; PIC experience preferred.
• Collaborate with providers to improve specialty outcomes.
• Engage with patients and providers in-person and by phone.
• Navigate benefits investigations, prior auth, and financial assistance.
• Proficient in pharmacy software: QS1, ComputerRx, PioneerRx, WAM.
• PharmD or equivalent; licensed and eligible to become PIC.
