📋 Description

• Process pharmacy claims accurately and timely.
• Triage rejected pharmacy insurance claims to determine benefits.
• Ensure compliance with patient assistance program guidelines.
• Document information and data discovery per procedures.
• Research required information using available resources.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and proprietary data.
• Perform tasks safely and in compliance with policies and laws.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with management, pharmacy, compliance, engineering.

🎯 Requirements

• HS diploma or GED required; Bachelor's preferred.
• One year of pharmacy experience resolving third-party claims.
• Healthcare claims experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and strong operational focus.
• Passion for providing top-notch patient care.
• Ability to work with peers in a team, cross-functionally.
• Strong technical aptitude; ability to learn new software.
• Hold all active licenses/registrations required by state law.
