Pharmacy Liaison - Clinic Setting

📋 Description

• Provide integrated support to patients and pharmacists with hands-on care.
• Work with patients to deliver full continuum of medication adherence support.
• Help clinic team (doctors, nurses, staff) in medical center clinics.
• Educate patients about hospital services to improve care.
• Grow the specialty pharmacy patient population and retention.
• Ensure patients stay on track with regimens and refills.

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced pharmacy technicians; CPhT preferred but not required.
• Years of Experience: 2 years required; 3–5 years preferred.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong interpersonal communication.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate good judgment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
