Pharmacy Liaison - Pharmacy Technician - Latham, NY

📋 Description

• Provide integrated support to patients and pharmacists for quality patient care.
• Deliver full continuum of medication adherence support to patients using our tools.
• Encourage specialty clinic patients to utilize pharmacy services for better care.
• Collaborate with clinic teams (doctors, nurses, staff) in medical center clinics.
• Interact with patients in-person and over the phone as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and patient care.

🎯 Requirements

• Licensure/Certification: Experienced pharmacy technicians; CPhT preferred but not required.
• Years of Experience: 2 years minimum; 3–5 years preferred.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal communication; excellent verbal/written.
• Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
• Work Style: Ability to work independently with good judgment; detail-oriented.
