🎯 Requirements

• Active Pharmacist license in good standing (Florida license preferred or ability to obtain
• PharmD or Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited program
• 5+ years of pharmacy experience, preferably within specialty pharmacy, ambulatory care, hospital
• Previous leadership or management experience, including hiring, coaching, mentoring, and developing
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, regulatory compliance, and quality standards
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
