Pharmacy Patient Services Operations Supervisor

📋 Description

• Directly lead and manage the Patient Engagement team to ensure timely medication refills.
• Coordinate coverage and workflows across hospital/clinic sites to meet SLA.
• Monitor service levels and ensure high-quality care.
• Provide coaching and performance management for the team.
• Collaborate with clinical teams and on-site managers for status reviews.
• Support after-hours coverage during high-volume weeks as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• State-registered pharmacy technician.
• Nationally certified as a CPhT or equivalent.
• 3+ years of pharmacy technician experience (3-5+ years in Specialty Pharmacy preferred).
• Prior leadership experience is strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Leadership/management training is preferred.
