Assist in initiating new prior authorization requests with providers
Identify the correct prior authorization form for the patient’s insurer
Coordinate with prescribers and medical offices to populate prior authorization forms
Follow up with medical offices to check the status of prior authorization requests
Assist with communicating the status of prior authorizations to patients and providers
Coordinate with medical offices to handle Appeals

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred
Customer service or inbound call center experience required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Sound technical skills, analytical ability, attention to detail, good judgment
Flexible to shifts 8am-8pm; Full-time on-site in Boise
Must hold an active Idaho Pharmacy Technician license or trainee license
