📋 Description

• Oversee ADE reporting within the pharmacy and ensure timely submissions.
• Resolve quality issues and drive improvements across pharmacy operations.
• Partner with internal teams to meet client SLAs and regulatory standards.
• On-site role at our Robinson Township, PA location.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of five years in pharmacy with quality issue resolution.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication; attention to detail; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Teamwork: Proven ability to collaborate across departments.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient with complex software systems; Google Suite.
• Mentorship: Mentoring colleagues a plus.
