Pharmacy Refill Technician

📋 Description

• Onsite role in downtown Jacksonville; Monday–Friday.
• Provide hands-on support to pharmacy staff and liaisons for meds.
• Place outbound calls to patients and guide them through refills.
• Answer inbound pharmacy calls; triage inquiries.
• Coordinate refills; ensure correct days supply and data entry.
• Assist with claim adjudication, troubleshooting, and codes.

🎯 Requirements

• State-registered pharmacy technician; CPhT preferred.
• 1+ year of pharmacy tech experience; 5-8 years preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and phone skills; MS Office proficient.
• Strong data entry and ability to extract relevant information.
• Confidentiality and HIPAA awareness.
