📋 Description

  • Manage senior-level client relationships to foster partnerships and growth.
  • Serve as primary pharmacy SME for strategic planning and ongoing account mgmt across multi-client accounts.
  • Lead design and execution of PB programs; formulary updates and vendor coordination.
  • Analyze client data to recommend PB products and services; build actionable business plans.
  • Oversee contracts and operations; coordinate with executives, legal, and vendors; resolve issues.
  • Develop client-specific action plans and long-term strategies to drive retention and profitability.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business/healthcare/pharmacy or science-related field (required).
  • Master’s degree (MBA/MHA/MPH) strongly preferred; Doctorate preferred.
  • 5+ years in PBM/pharmacy consulting/healthcare advisory or client-facing roles.
  • Minimum 3 years in Client Manager/Strategic Account Exec/senior consultant focused on retention and growth.
  • Experience managing complex multi-client pharmacy accounts with custom benefit designs.
  • Experience presenting to brokers, consultants, employers, health plans, and PBMs at senior levels.
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce, ChurnZero) for pipeline and account management.
  • Active pharmacist license (RPh/PharmD) or PMP/Six Sigma certification preferred.
