📋 Description

• Prepare orders: verify data; count, compound, fill, label, and pack medications.
• Ensure accuracy of patient information and records; update as needed.
• Handle customer interactions professionally and courteously.
• Partner with pharmacists to troubleshoot issues and drive efficient operations.
• Maintain inventory and re-order low or expiring items per regs.
• Cross-train across Mixlab functions including CS, logistics, and processing.

• Experience in compounding pharmacy, fulfillment, or retail role.
• Customer-focused, pet-focused mindset.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to remain stationary 50% and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; collaborative team-player.
• Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays; must love pets.
