Pharmacy Technician Outreach Manager

📋 Description

• Grow the Shields Patient Outreach program and manage its staff.
• Develop onboarding strategies to enroll patients onto the Shields service model.
• Partner with RVPs and leadership to align goals and KPIs for patient outreach.
• Build and launch new patient outreach methods and channels to source patients.
• Create analytics dashboards and collaborate with analytics and TRX teams to support operations.
• Ensure compliance, coach supervisors, and foster a high-energy culture while optimizing processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or ExCPT) required.
• 3+ years of progressive people leadership experience.
• Previous patient facing and/or patient engagement experience preferred.
• Specialty pharmacy or patient outreach experience preferred.
• Healthcare operations experience.
• Demonstrated experience coaching teams to measurable performance outcomes.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
