📋 Description

• Deliver high-touch patient support from onboarding to refills
• Coordinate medication deliveries and refill schedules
• Address insurance, prior authorization, and copay challenges
• Monitor and promote medication adherence
• Collaborate with pharmacists, providers, and clinic staff to resolve issues
• Advocate for patients navigating complex therapies

🎯 Requirements

• Active Pharmacy Technician registration in the state of employment
• 2–5 years of Pharmacy Technician experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• CPhT Certification (preferred)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
