📋 Description

• Conduct routine patient check-ins to monitor therapy experience, identify concerns, and support
• Assist with initial outreach to confirm therapy start and assess early treatment experience.
• Coordinate patient appointments, follow-up visits, and clinical monitoring schedules.
• Support pharmacists by completing delegated tasks such as gathering patient information, preparing

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Required: 1+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician; Preferred: 5-8 years of experience.
• State registered as a pharmacy technician; nationally certified as a CPhT or equivalent strongly
• Strong interpersonal communication and phone skills.
• Highly proficient in Epic and Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Word).
• Strong organizational skills.
