📋 Description

• Support patient access by coordinating prior authorizations and securing financial assistance.
• Communicate with prescribers to ensure accurate prescriptions and resolve insurance barriers.
• Enter data in pharmacy systems, run test claims, and manage follow-up actions.
• Document patient needs, authorization status, and assistance efforts across systems and EMRs.
• Maintain detailed records of patient interactions and care coordination.

🎯 Requirements

• State-registered (Texas) Pharmacy Technician; CPhT required.
• 2+ years as a pharmacy technician; HS diploma or GED.
• Strong communication, organization, and tech skills.
• Empathy, integrity, and a team-first mindset.
• Solid computer skills: Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data entry.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and participate in process improvements.
