Pharmacy Technician (Refill Calls)

📋 Description

• Coordinate and process medication refills, data entry, and claim adjudication
• Place outbound refill calls and assist patients through refill requests
• Respond to and resolve inbound patient and provider inquiries
• Clarify prescription orders with pharmacists or clinical staff
• Maintain and update patient and prescription data in software systems
• Spot trends and support process-improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of pharmacy technician experience in refills, claims adjudication, or clinical collaboration
• Active Montana Pharmacy Technician License and National certification (CPhT)
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
