Pharmacy Technician (Refill Calls)

📋 Description

• Coordinate refills, data entry, and claim adjudication
• Place outbound refill calls and guide patients through requests
• Respond to inbound patient and provider inquiries
• Clarify prescription orders with pharmacists or clinical staff
• Maintain patient and prescription data in software
• Spot trends and support process improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Active California Pharmacy Technician License OR National Certification (PTCB/ExCPT)
• 3+ years pharmacy technician experience in refills, claims or clinical work
• State-registered CA Tech and National Certification (CPhT or equivalent)
• Strong computer skills; MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel
