Pharmacy Technician - Specialty Liaison

📋 Description

• Single point of contact for specialty pharmacy patients
• Help patients navigate complex therapies and ensure a positive experience
• Assess patient needs and provide refill support
• Coordinate specialty medication deliveries
• Resolve insurance, prior authorization, and copay challenges
• Monitor adherence and patient outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Registered Pharmacy Technician in the state of employment required
• National Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) preferred, but not required
• 2–5 years of Pharmacy Technician experience required; 5–8 years preferred
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Strong interpersonal and patient communication skills
• Advanced organizational and administrative skills
