📋 Description

• Oversee daily technician workflows, queue monitoring, and task assignments to ensure prior
• Monitor productivity and quality metrics, providing regular 1-on-1 coaching, performance reviews
• Be the resource for complex intake issues, escalated provider inquiries, and system glitches.
• Proactively identify and implement process improvements, and resolve daily challenges to keep the
• Partner with cross-functional leadership to develop, update, and organize job aids and team
• Participate in a rotated weekend and holiday on-call schedule to monitor queues and offer team

🎯 Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Pharmacy Technician certification (CPhT)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 4+ years of work experience in a pharmacy related field
• 2+ years of performing pharmacy reviews for a managed care plan or pharmacy benefits manager.
• 1+ years of people or project management experience.
