Phlebotomist Senior Team Lead

📋 Description

• Directly supervise, coach, and develop assigned teams; conduct weekly 1:1s and monthly performance
• Audit Team adherence to Leader Standard Work, the 20/24 Rule, and call-out procedures; provide
• Train and certify new Team on LSW, routing, payroll/triplog audits, and quality assessment
• Identify high-potential phlebotomists and build a succession pipeline for future Team Lead roles.
• Serve as the Tier 2 escalation point for operational, clinical, and patient issues that Team Leads
• Own weekly regional coverage planning, including PRN pool strategy, cross-market staffing, and

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of leadership experience (team lead, supervisor, or similar role) in phlebotomy, mobile
• Experience leading other leads or managing teams across multiple sites or markets
• 5 years of phlebotomy experience is required
• Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency is required: American Medical Technologists
• Expert knowledge of phlebotomy techniques, specimen handling, and safety and compliance standards
• Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and hold leaders accountable
