📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and support a team of mobile phlebotomists, serving as their first point of contact
• Follow a daily Leader Standard Work routine: start-of-day check-ins, review of the day's schedule
• Run short team meetings to share priorities, updates, wins, and safety or quality reminders.
• Track key daily metrics (e.g., on-time arrivals, completed visits, specimen quality) on visual
• Use simple problem-solving tools (e.g., 5 Whys) to find root causes and follow through on action
• Perform regular field check-ins and quality spot-checks to confirm standard work and compliance

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of phlebotomy experience; mobile or in-home phlebotomy a plus.
• Active phlebotomy certification (and state license where required).
• 1+ year of lead, trainer, preceptor, or informal leadership experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and a calm, professional approach with patients.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable using Google Workspace, mobile apps, and new technology platforms.
