🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years phlebotomy experience; oncology background preferred.
• Education: BS/BA preferred; HS required.
• Phlebotomy certification as required by state regulations.
• CAP/CLIA compliance knowledge and documentation.
• Strong patient care coordination and admin skills.
• Excellent communication, problem solving and multitasking.
