📋 Description

• Perform venipunctures to obtain blood specimens with precision.
• Verify patient identity and test requests using EMR records.
• Maintain specimen integrity with aseptic techniques and protocols.
• Track specimens with initials, date, and collection time in logs.
• Coordinate patient care and schedule blood draws with clinic requirements.
• Collaborate with Field Sales and internal teams to support patient care.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 5-7 years phlebotomy; oncology experience required.
• Education: BS/BA preferred; HS diploma required.
• Certification: Phlebotomy certificate as required by state regulations.
• Compliance: Knowledge of CAP/CLIA standards and regulations.
• Skills: Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving.
