📋 Description

• Oversee end-to-end brand photo and video production.
• Plan shoots, budget, and on-set execution.
• Deliver post-production assets per brand standards.
• Negotiate and book talent for PDP imagery.
• Coordinate studio and on-location shoots.
• Maintain on-set presence to meet shoot goals.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years producing photography or integrated photo/video.
• Experience with fashion, apparel, lifestyle, or home brands.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume shoot schedules.
• Strong experience with studio and location shoots.
• Experience negotiating talent contracts and vendor rates.
• Strong production planning and organizational skills.
