📋 Description

• Own a part of billing end to end, from a vague business need to design, release and monitoring. How
• Integrate with third-party and internal services through APIs, webhooks and events, and keep them
• Work with other teams regularly. Answering their questions and helping them with billing is a big
• Review code and use your experience to influence how other people build things.
• Keep the system up to date.
• We revisit old code and processes often and prefer not to have unmaintained things around.

🎯 Requirements

• You can explain a complex problem or a trade-off clearly, in writing and in conversation, and
• You think in terms of architecture, how domains fit together and where the boundaries should be.
• Strong PHP with a solid command of OOP and design patterns.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, SQL, queues and event-driven systems.
• You write unit and integration tests as a normal part of your work.
• You have worked on a large system in production, ideally one you were on call for.
