• Build across the platform: provisioning, authentication, webhooks, websockets, email apps, policy
• Own features end to end from discovery to deployment and follow-up.
• Work mostly in PHP, and in Go for high-scale, high-availability pieces.
• Make it fast: ensure performance across millions of mailboxes.
• Harden the product by addressing authentication, sessions, and security edge cases.
• Monitor production using Grafana and Sentry and respond to alerts.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong core software engineering principles and clean architecture.
• System design thinking, understanding trade-offs like consistency vs. latency, sync vs. async.
• Grasp of distributed, event-driven systems (queues, webhooks, retries, idempotency).
• Solid understanding of databases, caches, and queues (schema design, indexing).
• REST API design principles, versioning, backward compatibility.
