Physical Security Analyst

📋 Description

• Provide excellent customer service for all Physical Security related requests within EMEA.
• Address internal customer tickets, produce badges and partner with Workplace Services to provide a
• Support the Physical Security Operations team with events, emergency management, investigations.
• Support the Physical Security Technology team with technical support and coordination for access by
• Monitor access control and video system for all Box sites globally.
• Investigate and acknowledge alarms/alerts generated within the Poland office.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a security guard while using technology as part of your day to day
• Comfortable with using computers to complete required tasks
• Clear communicator and able to be in the Warsaw office 5 days per week
• Must speak English and Polish proficiently
• Preferred Skills: Experience using access control and video systems
• Preferred Skills: Working independently while delivering exceptional results
