Physical Security Lead

📋 Description

• Build and run Ramp's executive protection program
• Turn threat intelligence into protective action
• Own security for internal and external events, from all-hands and offsites to conferences, customer
• Set Ramp's global physical security standards for access control, video surveillance, intercoms
• Build security into every new office, move, and expansion
• Manage the guard program and security vendors end to end: scope, post orders, SLAs and KPIs

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in corporate or physical security, including 3+ years owning a security program or major
• Hands-on depth in at least two of the three areas (executive protection, event security, physical
• Experience administering or deploying enterprise access control and video platforms (e.g., Avigilon
• A track record of managing security vendors (guard, protection, integrator, event staffing) through
• Strong risk judgment
• Excellent writing
